WEZTECK WARRANTY CLAIM APPLICATION
Wezteck products are engineered to meet the highest professional standards. When you purchase a Wezteck tool, you can feel confident knowing it’s built for premium performance and long-lasting reliability.
In the unlikely event that an item you purchased has a defect, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty, provided the issue is determined to be caused by defective materials or workmanship, and all operating and maintenance instructions have been followed.
If you purchased a Wezteck Hair Clipper with a warranty, it includes a 1-year parts warranty.
Handling & Processing Fees
The warranty plan costs $24.99, which covers shipping and handling.
You must provide proof of purchase from an authorized Wezteck seller to submit a claim. If your item was purchased at a discount, you may be eligible for a store credit.
The returns process will vary depending on your location (U.S. or international) and the age of your product.
Please include as much information as possible, including photos and video if available.
Once your warranty claim is received and the issue has been verified, we will advise you on the next steps.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Shorted power cords or plugs
- Excessive product buildup
- Scratched, damaged, or worn plates
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
(e.g., dropping the tool—broken housing, hinges, rattling, loose parts, etc.) - Damage from an incorrect voltage supply
- Damage caused by improper maintenance
- Any tampering, unauthorized repairs, or use of unauthorized attachments
Wearable parts, such as blades, foils, and cutters, are not covered under the 1-year warranty. If these parts become worn or damaged over time, we recommend purchasing replacements.
Your warranty may be voided if the product shows signs of poor maintenance.
If the item arrives clogged with hair, not cleaned, or not oiled, this is considered a lack of maintenance—not a defect—and the warranty may not apply.
If your item is approved under warranty, Wezteck will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.
This process typically takes 7–14 business days after receiving your item, but may take longer depending on logistics.
If the exact item is unavailable, you will be offered an equivalent product of equal value.
If no suitable replacement exists, you will receive store credit. Refunds are not provided.

Please DO NOT ship any equipment without contacting Wezteck Customer Service first. Unauthorized shipments will be rejected.
When returning an item, include your name, address, and a detailed description of the issue inside the package.
You must also provide tracking information so we can confirm receipt.
Failure to provide this information will void your warranty.
