WezTeck orders are dispatched using First Class shipping via USPS, along with various other trusted couriers. An email containing your shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is processed and on its way. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for processing, followed by a transit period of approximately 3-5 business days or potentially longer. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, as our selected postal offices are closed on that day.

For our international customers, rest assured, we do offer international shipping. Expect a processing time of 1-2 business days, followed by a transit period of around 7-10 business days or potentially longer.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

WezTeck orders are shipped via USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. Allow 1-2 business day processing time and 3-5 business days or longer for transit time. After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

If the address provided by the customer is insufficient and is returned back to WezTeck LLC, the customer will be liable for the cost to re-ship the item to the correct and sufficient address. Cost of the 2nd shipment is to paid prior to the product being shipped.

How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped? 

Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
