Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing WezTeck. We value you as a customer and appreciate the opportunity to provide you our best quality products. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we can help.

All of our products can be returned within 10 days of the purchase of  the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements has to be met:

  1. The product was purchased in the last 10 days.
  2. The product is free of damages.
  3. The product is in its original packaging no damage to the packaging.
  4. The product is unworn/unused and free of odor.

If products do not meet all 4 requirements above, we cannot consider your return.

We will send you the address for your return. 

Shipping charges: Cost of shipping is not refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of lost shipment. 

If you received a damaged product, please send us a photo of the condition you received our product.
